Sue Woodward works alongside her life-partner and best friend, Kent, who is the Care Pastor. They work together as they meet the many needs of the congregation and surrounding community. Sue has been working at the church since 2004. Her family has been attending since 1996. She has been involved in every area of minsitry and served faithfully on the Highway 5:22 youth ministry for 11 years. She has also been the Dean of Women with Royal Family Kids' Camp (a camp for abused and neglected children) for two years and on staff for four. Sue shares a passion for hurting children with her husband and family. She has been led to minister to people within the Department of Social Services and workds directly with some areas of DSS as a Foster Parent. She says, "I want to give everything I have to the hurting children in this rough world and to let them see and feel Jesus through me and my actions. I want my passions to be contagious to the people that I meet." Sue and Kent have had many foster children in their home over the years with many different circumstances and needs. Each and every time a child is placed with them to be a blessing to, they feel their blessings in return are much greater. They will continue to share the love of Jesus with any child that God places with them. Sue and Kent have two billogical children Wesley, Amanda, and an adopted son, Austin. Their foster children, Crystal and McKenzie, have lived with them for over a year and will likely be with them perminantly. Sue says, "We are obedient as a family to whatever the Lord calls us to do. He never calls us to do something in His name that we cannot achieve."
