Pauline Waller, Educational Consultant


Pauline Waller is the wife of senior pastor, Darrell Waller. She is actively involved in church leadership with a heart and passion for the lost and nurturing people one-on-one in the Winchester Church of God.

At the 2008 General Assembly, Pauline was named by the International Church of God to serve a second term on the board of directors for the Church of God School of Theology. That same year Virginia Church of God Administrative Bishop, Dr. Mike Baker, reappointed her to serve a third term on the state Care Ministry Board. She also serves on the board of directors for Hope Charitable Services with headquarters in Virginia Beach.

Pauline holds a B.S. degree in Office Systems Management from James Madison University, a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from George Mason University, and an Educational Specialist degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is all but a dissertation away from completing a Ph.D. in Computing Technology in Education through Nova Southeastern University.

As an educator, Pauline has taught high school, college, and is currently teaching middle school. She enjoys working in the public sector, saying that it is a privilege to be a light to those God places in her pathway.
Pauline and Pastor have been married for more than 30 years. According to her, God and family are the most important blessings in her life. Their daughter Jennifer is married to the Family Ministries Pastor, Jeremy Miller. Pauline especially enjoys her two grandsons Josiah and Silas. Pastor and Pauline’s youngest daughter, Andrea is married to Aaron Brewer. Aaron and Andrea live in Cleveland, Tennessee where Aaron is a student at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary.
