Darrell Waller, Senior Pastor


Dr. Darrell W. Waller is the senior pastor of the Winchester Church of God in Virginia, where he has served for over twenty-nine years. He and his wife, Pauline, came to the Winchester area in October of 1981.

Pastor Waller holds a doctorate in Christian Counseling from International Seminary, a Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University, and Bachelors in Pastoral Ministry from Lee University.

On an international level, Pastor Waller serves on the Board of Directors for the Church of God Care Division. In the state of Virginia, he serves on the State Council and chairs the State Chaplains Board. Dr. Waller has been invited to speak on numerous special occasions in the United States, Virgin Islands, Germany, Philippines, Scotland, and other countries.

Through his leadership and vision, Pastor Waller has seen his church grow from 50 attendees in 1981 to over 1,700 current members. He contributes this achievement to enthusiastic worship, vision, passion for the lost, and world missions emphasis.

Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, he and his wife, Pauline, reside in Stephens City, Virginia. They have two daughters, Jennifer and Andrea. Jennifer is married to Jeremy Miller and Andrea is married to Aaron Brewer. Darrell and Pauline also have two grandsons, Josiah and Silas Miller.
