Our commitment and strategy to ministry is to help you Know God, Grow to be more like Him, and Go out to serve Him.

The following are descriptions of stages in the KNOW, GROW, GO model:

KNOW (RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD)

KNOW is the starting point for both the new Christian and those who have not yet made a decision. The primary way KNOW is implemented is through our worship experience. Our goal is that all people would KNOW God personally and have a personal relationship with Him.

GROW (DISCIPLESHIP)

GROW is designed for those Christians who are familiar with the faith. In the GROW part of our model, a series of classes and small groups are offered. Each class and group is designed for progressive, in-depth, spiritual growth. Having everyone involved in the process of discipleship is our goal.

GO (MINISTRY INVOLVEMENT)

GO is for those Christians who are grounded in the faith and are prepared to serve. Students learn the dynamics of ministry through hands on experience and classes designed to teach and train them to serve. Following this equipping, they are released to get involved and fulfill their passion to serve. The ultimate goal of discipleship is to equip and send people to GO do ministry.
